PROGRAMS

We offer programs for all ages and abilities

We offer recreational and competitive soccer for youth in Dover and our surrounding communities. Through relationships with other communities, Northern New England Soccer League (NNESL), Dover middle and high schools, and the University of New Hampshire, we are able to provide programs for players of all ages and levels.

If our programs are of interest but it's not in the budget for your family at this time, WE STILL WANT YOU TO PARTICIPATE. Click here to request a scholarship.

TRAVEL PROGRAM (U9-U19)

Our Travel Programs offer competitive regional play.

Our Travel Soccer program is for players in the U9-U15 age groups (both Fall and Spring) and also U16-U19 age group (Spring season only). Travel teams are registered to play with Northern New England Soccer League (NNESL) affiliated with US Club Soccer. The Spring Season starts mid-April and finishes late June. The Fall Season starts late August and may run through early November. Games are played mostly on Saturdays with some Sundays (home or away). A player's team placement is determined by birth-year, as set forth by U.S. Soccer. For those not ready for competitive Travel Soccer, Trainer Player options are available (see below).

Ages U9-U10
2014-2015 Birth Year for 23-24 Season

  • Two 90-minute Practices Per Week
  • Eight League Games
  • End of the Season Jamboree (No Playoffs)
  • Evaluations for Team Placements

Required Equipment:

  • Travel players are to bring their own soccer ball to practice and games.
  • Garrison City F.C. uniform is required (jersey, shorts, and socks). Uniforms are purchased separately prior to the season and not included in the registration fee.

The U9/U10 program bridges the gap between the foundational skills learned in earlier stages and the increasing focus on structured play and technique. Our program offers a blended approach of fun and learning through tailored training sessions designed to sharpen technical abilities, tactical understanding, and game awareness. This phase fosters a more disciplined environment without sacrificing the joy of playing, emphasizing teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.

Players of all skill levels and experience are encouraged to sign up for this program.

Our U9-U10 teams give players the opportunity to practice twice a week and play games against other developing players from nearby towns. Half of the games at this level are played at Shaw's Lane in Dover, and half are played on the fields of neighboring towns, culminating in an end-of-season jamboree.

Ages U16-U19 (Spring Season Only)
2005-2008 Birth Year for Spring 24 Season

We offer a U16-U19 high school level program that provides continued development and competition for those on a Fall team, while being cost effective/flexible for multi-sport athletes.

  • Competitive Regional Game Play
  • No Practices
  • Reduced Player Fee

Players with Adidas "hoop" style uniforms should wear those to game days. Otherwise, we will issue jersey to be returned at the end of the season (refundable deposit required).

Training Player U11+

Garrison City F.C. understands not all players may be ready to play at the competitive travel level. With that in mind, we have created the role of a “Training Player” to help develop players. Training players will be identified during travel evaluations, will practice with their team twice a week, and may have the ability to play in games once the coach determines the player is developmentally ready. Training players pay (1/2) half the travel fee for that age group, and will be issued a uniform jersey to be returned at the end of the season.
